If the sign on the door say 5-10 minute bathroom break just know he’s in the back for 45 minutes stocking the drinks. Absolutely horrible customer service will not be coming back

Stoped use men’s restroom very dirty smelled bad of piss flies all n bathroom used toilet paper all n floor I donot recommend this location for sure go on to kimball exit or nickajack exit

Witnessed today a Miserable excuse for a manager. Was rude on the phone to a customer and was rude used profanity towards a customer in person refusing service all while other customers were present. This woman should not be a manager in any workplace area very unethical horrible look for business.

On 4/7/2025 at 7:15pm employee decides to close because he is behind on orders and not let anyone in mean while he is talking to a friend sitting inside the Subway restaurant this is at the Subway

Me and my husband stopped on our way home from work for some milk- I bought the whole gallon of Borden milk! It was clabbered and ruint! Smelt horrible- I expect a refund- this has happened before- to my son and it was same milk and a whole gallon! - absolutely disgusting- this kinda stuff shouldn’t happen! Mapco needs to step up there game and fix this problem cuz I’m sure we aren’t the only ones that experience this mess! And at 7$ a gallon I do expect a refund!

Rude employees, don't do their jobs properly. They kept my card open indefinately until I noticed it, they never answered phone calls, I had to drive back there and find the distracted employees and demand to close my account before others could use it for free fuel.

The manager and one of the employees got an additude with me because I asked for a carton of cigarettes they said they don't carry cartons and asked me how many I wanted I had 2 kind of Rais my voice so they could hear me I told them I need a carton they proceeded to tell me that they dont have a carton and asked me again how many I wanted I asked how many was on the shelf and the employee mumbled under her breath oh my God I told them I work at a mapco and I know how things work they asked me to leave because they are the ones with and issue and I tried to explain to the manager of what was going on and all she could say was I dont care...... They are not friendly at all don't recommend anyone to go there will not go back ever again...

I don’t go towards Nashville often but when I do, this is the store I stop by. The outside is always well maintained from pumps being clean to lot being free of trash. Always greeted by a friendly and welcoming smile and hello!
Inside the location is very well maintained, you can tell the management truly cares and the staff here is a strong reflection of their leader. Wonderful job and I hope they are recognized for their dedication!

Fuel pumps were clean and the employees were friendly and polite. Inside the store was very clean and organized. More of the Mapco’s should be like this store.
