Absolutely love the service from the ITM's every time I go through. Always love the smiling faces inside and the energetic personalities I receive through the drive through! I hope this bank is around for a long time. I can't imagine having to go back to using any of the other banks in the area!!!

I love the Tower! Friendly people, very helpful. They even delivered a check to the power company when I was having debit card issues.

Honestly the most incompetent bank I have ever seen. I have not went into this bank one time without having to suffer some ridiculous stipulation; Due to the bank's fault. It is ridiculous and I can not wait until my next check to drop so I can withdraw everything and shut the account down. They have no idea what they're doing and have no interest in helping anyone they inconvenience.
