Brittany went above and beyond with my rental. I changed my size truck, changed what I was renting and she was so friendly and accommodating. I went in there many times to talk to her and ask questions as this was my first experience renting a truck and she was very knowledgeable and helpful so I could make the right decision. The whole move worked out seamlessly with her advice and guidance and I would highly recommend Brittany and this facility. Thank you so much for all your help!

We walked in and asked about a trailer to rent. The lady was very helpful and nice, when we picked it up later,there was a different lady there who was just as nice as the first one. If the need arises I will rent from them again

Awesome Service! Had been to a dealer in Chattanooga and was given the run around, called U-Haul and they sent us here as it was on our way out is state. This crew jumped to our rescue and hooked us up with a car trailer behind our RV. Amazing service and would definitely come here again and highly recommend them!

Best uhaul rental experience in 30yrs! Great selection of trucks. New low mileage truck was clean and ran good. The truck was clean in the back and was labeled inside with all the functions. We used very convenient mobile pick up system so we could pick up and drop off truck after hours. Highly recommend renting from this location.
