The manager actually helped me pick out two new phones (trade in and a tier trade in), and she was absolutely nice and very informative on what my phone bill would entail! There was a decent selection of phones, not too many but they have plenty to order and it will get to you in a timely manner! Definitely recommend this store!

Terrible customer service. The woman there told me that a Federal ID was not good enough to prove who I am. Well it was good enough to open the account with them.

Awesome store! Super convenient and helpful. I was looking to help my parents upgrade their phones due to the 5G switch up and was serviced by Anthony. He was absolutely the best sales person ever and so easy to work with! He was super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything about the process and prices were understood. He even helped us complete a transfer of billing to help my parents out. I am so thankful everything went smoothly, and my folks are 100% happy with their new devices and bill! *****5 STARS!*****

Best customer service experience I have had by far. Was lucky enough to be assisted by Anthony. He is very knowledgeable on products as well as current deals and promotions. Simplified upgrading our devices, assisted with data transfer and helped install/set up accessories! Highly recommend!!

The manager was excellent. Helped me and my mom switch from Verizon. Took her time and even helped us set the phones up and put on all our accessoris. Just like anywhere these days it was a little bit of a wait but more than worth it to get good service and someone with a friendly attitude who took their time to take care of us. Will recommend to all my family and friends -also service with AT&T has been far better than my service with Verizon lately in the Dandridge/Jeff City area

Never a bad experience. Witnessed another customer get way too upset over the wait time, if you don’t want to wait a few minutes for good service then go home. Staff here is wonderful and worth the wait (that you’re probably going to experience at 90% of other places too)

I've been over charged since august 2021 in the amount of over $250. I went into the store to talk to a manager about it and to get my account straightened up. The guy there told me that the manager was scheduled to come in at 11am but it was 11:37 and he was very irritated by that. We came back the manager didn't seem to care that a firefighter/first responder discount that has been on our account for over 20 years was removed. Said she couldn't help me and to call customer service. Said that we didn't have discounts on our account and her hands were tied. She didn't seem to care that we've been over charged. Didn't offer to help call customer service or offer any sort of help. Not sure what good an AT&T store is if they can't help customers that have been loyal customers over 22+ years.
