“Albeit there are issues with this location and them keeping people on staff - I have to give them kudos Some dill weed at Lowe’s pour out thousands of screws on the road and a police officer push me right into them while directing traffic. My tires which usually are run flats went completely flat within mins. I was crying loosing my crap - and although they don’t usually have patches they did for me. It was a season and rough patch. They were helpful and kept professional even when I was loosing my crap about the situation. Not with them. But I needed that. Someone showing me grace and peace and they saved me 1000+ worth of tires fixing them So thank you. I know it’s never perfect but - you did something that was outside your scope and you helped me went out of your way to fix a situation and get me back in the road so I could get my child from school Photo shows how many screws went just into one tire it quite literally was 5-8 with a bolt and they went thru the lid of the screw container and embedded into the wheel.”
