This is my home bank. The employees have always been super helpful and friendly. I have no idea why the ratings are so low. I've always been taken care of with respect and to the best if their ability. Any errors on the banks behalf have always been corrected. Theyve even corrected my errors. 😅

Don't know why these others have such low rating for this bank, I have been with many other banks , in different areas and have experienced some problems. BUT NOT AT THIS BANK.
Some of you people need to take responsibility for your mistakes and not play it off like it was the banks fault.
