Been waiting on a key so I can access my mail for over 2 months. Can't get my mail, they won't give it to me, and they seem to be unable to cut a simple key so I can access my lockbox

I get my meds delivered through USPS. Some require a signature. I was awaiting important meds yesterday when I saw the mail man stop. I went straight to the door. By the time I opened it, he was goneand dint even knock. He left a note saying no authorized recipient was available to provide the required signature and that the packagecould be picked up at the post office today. This was not the first time this has happened.I tried to call the post office several times each time this has happened and always got a busy signal until the post office was closed for the day.

Latasha has to be the rudest breathing human being I’ve ever met in my entire 58 years of life. I sent a package and she acted like I was a bother to her. She needs a job where she doesn’t have to deal with the public if she is that unhappy at her job. If I was her boss I would put her in charge of cleaning the bathrooms and scrubbing the floors where she the public doesn’t have to see that waste of human life in Jefferson City.

I put a package in my box last Saturday. I get it’s the weekend but usually it still updates tracking. It’s almost week, the package is gone and the package is still not being scanned. I look on Usps and it says “Jefferson City,TN postal office awaiting package”. I put it in before the psycho lady who drops off my mail got there. I only call her psycho because she will literally put notices on our mailbox for the car “being in the way”. Yet she still drives around it? Maybe that’s why my package hasn’t been picked up I doubt it but oh well.

My mail ALWAYS takes DAYS later then scheduled to be delivered to my residence. To get ahold of anyone to find out where that said mail is, is very difficult. When they have called me back and assisted me, Tommy is who I dealt with and he is professional and friendly. He has solved all my issues when things are not being delivered as scheduled.
