Absolutely horrible. Horrible customer service in the pharmacy!!! Constantly rude and does not deliver prescriptions needed until 7 to 10 days later. Britney especially is extremely rude in the pharmacy. I will be complaining to corporate about being hung up on several times by the pharmacy at this store. I don't know if all the Walgreens are like this, but this is the worst Walgreens I've ever dealt with in my life. Go someplace else, do yourself a favor and save yourself a big headache

I'm only speaking for the pharmacy when I put 3 stars.
Now, I understand the pharmacist can become overwhelmed due to the fact that they are opened 24/7 and have to deal with a lot of people on an everyday basis. However, I have come across a few mean and ignorant pharmacists coming to this Walgreens. And they where all women.
They talk to you like you're less than. I was put on hold at one point, just for someone to pick up, tell me to hold again and then hang up on me. Then when I called back, NO ONE ANSWERED!
When I talk to them on the phone, the attitude from the pharmacist, you can feel coming thru the phone is so thick, you can cut it with a knife.
But like I said, I understand it's the only Walgreens opened 24/7 so I've always just chalked their demeanors and attitudes up to that reason, however, I just made a phone call and was as sweet as can be to the LADY on the other end. I was just calling to ask a question. When I couldn't hear her I asked politely for her to say it again and I even apologized that I couldn't hear her. When I tell you, she hollered back at me and right after hung up on me without another word, that was it!
Being at this Walgreens for about 5 years now I think I've only encountered ONE polite pharmacist lady.

Pharmacy staff are rude and meds are never ready when promised, most of the time they haven't even started filling it when you get there after the promised pick up time. They have given me the wrong dose of meds before and seem to be careless in general.

Does not know anything about medicine. Tried to tell me that I didn’t need my diabetic supplies, was rude and keep trying to tell my things I knew to be false. No one knew what they were doing and didn’t have any medicine in stock. Montana an employee in the pharmacy has no business working with people. Her attitude is poor and her knowledge of medicine is even poorer.

I never write negative reviews, but this is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Always an issue processing insurance, medications being out of stock, the longest waiting times (45 min on average). The turnover in staff is so high. No one ever knows what’s going on and they always have an attitude. Probably because they’re short staffed and overworked. After years of putting up with the headaches of using them simply because of the convenience of having a 24 hour pharmacy, I have taken my business elsewhere. I should have made the switch so long ago - night and day better! Stay away if you can.

Today on Saturday, November 16, 2024 approximately at 4:25 PM Eastern standard time I was here to deposit paper money to my cash app account for $15. When I walk inside the store I walk to the front counter put $15 on the front counter and put my cell phone on the front counter and have the cashier scan my barcode so she can scan my Money so I went there after I did that. She said the minimum deposit for cash app reload is $20 then I said no I’m gonna about to call Cash app and cash app telling me that is the minimum is five dollars not $20 so after that while I was walking inside the store while calling and on the phone with The employee was approaching somewhere that I approached the other employee that oh are you the manager and she said No neither of them are the manager so after that, I tell her that other employee that refused to do my service by adding and depositing my $15 to my cash app account because she said the minimum that she can do is $20 so after that, the other employee was able to do the service for me for $15 deposit to my Cash app account at the photo center counter
and I asked her if she can give me the Store Manager and she said yes, and after that waiting for the manager, and she walked by and asked me again did her manager was show up yet and I said no and finally after she leave, the acting store manager was walk out of the employees room and I tell him that the other employee that when I first walked in I put $15 on the counter and put my cell phone on the counter so she can scan my barcode and I tell her I want to deposit $15 to my Cash app account and she said that the minimum that she can do is $20 then I tell her acting Store Manager that and I tell him that like call Cash app and cash Cash app telling me the minimum of this is five dollars so I meet the requirement criteria to do this but he apologize to me and after that, I asked him what is her name and he tell me her name is Megan so after that while I was on the phone or was talking with her acting Store Manager, she was staring me from the front counter, cash register all the way to the back of the store near the photo center and refrigerated aisle after that I asked for a corporate number and he give me and provided me the corporate number so after that, I leave the store I called into Walgreen HR headquarters corporate to file a complaint against her and please do not take your business at this Walgreens store at 132 E. Broadway Blvd., Jefferson City, TN 37760 because they are not gonna follow the Cash App paper deposit policy of the minimum of five dollars to the maximum of $500 I would rather take your business out somewhere if you’re doing a cash app paper money deposit somewhere else besides this Walgreens store here in Jefferson City, Tennessee and this review is completely true. And I don’t know if this employee have a bad day or not or just decided to be rude to me and I can’t assume because is hearsay.

Pregnant waiting on medication to be filled. Dropped off prescription at 7:15pm. Did not get medicine until 10:20pm. Initially was supposed to take an hour. Was told it was on my profile but needed to be typed up and filled. Waited another 2 hours. Was told I’d receive a text when done. No text. Very unsatisfied honestly could have given 0 stars. Way to go Walgreens. Wont be using them again!
