I went into shell in Jellico TN and was standing in line and my card declined, so I let the only other customer that was in line go ahead of me so I could check my card to see why it declined, which only took about a minute. When I got back behind this person they started talking, and I was left standing there for 15 minutes and just decided to walk out and leave. The worker was the tall, dirty blond male with a beard, blue eyes, and always wears a brown coat. I found this extremely unprofessional and especially inconsiderate of peoples time.

The price was very competitive. The first pump I pulled up to would not process my credit card. It was not a credit card problem, it was a machine reading problem. I pulled up to the next pump and I was able to fuel up normally.

I stop here quite often and it's usually clean and the service is usually friendly and helpful. However tonight it was not!! The trash cans were over flowing. Garbage all over the parking lit. Went inside and the restrooms went any better. Their was no toilet paper. My boyfriend stood at the front counter attempting to pay for a drink, the cashier just stood their staring at some paper, and never acknowledged him. My boyfriend went to the bathroom and came back out and stood their again and same thing. Nothing! We couldn't even purchase a drink because he was completely oblivious to their even being anybody their. He'll we probably could have robbed the place and he wouldn't have noticed nor cared. Maybe he's having a bad night idk but I won't be stopping their anymore if I can keep from it that's for sure it's a waste of time.
