We needed to rent a couple units last minute and they had great availability. The process of using/renting this self storage is so easy! We feel that our belongings are secure and it’s always nice to support local businesses. We recommend them.

Great facility close to ETSU campus. Reasonable rates. Perfect for storage for ETSU students over summer months or for dorm overflow or seasonal items needed during the school year.

24 hour self storage is the best. I just vacated a unit that I'd had for 5+ Years and all my belongings were unharmed (with just a few cobwebs that were easy to wipe off). The code system and drive-up access is great. The payment system is easy, and I never had any issues with being overcharged. It also feels very protected and safe. Thanks for running a good, local operation!

They make it so easy to rent a unit! You can do it all over the phone. I moved over three hours away while my belonging were in a unit, I never worried about anything happening because they have a secure fence and security cameras. I highly recommend renting a unit here!

I live in Nashville and my son is a student at ETSU. Instead of hauling all his stuff home I decided to store it for the few months he would be home for the summer. I called and spoke with Rita. Rita was wonderful. I was able to complete the contract through email and payment by phone. It was such an easy process. Such an awesome company to do business with. So grateful to them and their family owned business. Truly exceptional experience. Highly recommend using them for any of your storage needs.

We rented with the Buffalo St location, and we're very pleased with the service. We needed to set up after hours, and after having a terrible time trying to get a local Erwin place to call us back, we decided to go with this company. The set up was over the phone and couldn't have been easier. The woman helping us was very nice and walked us through it step by step. We were only there a month, and had no trouble ending our service and moving out. We would definitely use them again in the future if needed!
