After paying for an order of apple scion wood from A Different Chick Farm and Orchard, I was supposed to receive a notification for shipping charges. Since I never received it, I called the phone number for this business (posted on Google) and a nice lady picked up the phone (who happened to be the business owner). She told me that due to a planned price reduction on their scion wood, they would be shipping my order for free because I paid full price before the discount could be applied. I was very happy and satisfied with the response, but due to a misunderstanding my order was not processed. I received a full refund, so I would like to amend my review to reflect the decency of their response to a mistake that, frankly, could've happened to anyone.

Worst packaging, I was shipped an omelet not hatching eggs. I reached out and was told shipping problems happen. This was not a shipping problem but a packaging problem. I was told they will do me a favor and send me replacement, never happened. Learn from my mistake and order from someone else.

I wanted to let you know that the eggs I ordered arrived in perfect condition. I was super impressed that you individually wrapped each egg in bubble wrap to ensure a safe journey from your house to mine. The wrapping was easy for me to take off, there was no chance I would damage or crack an egg. Thank you so much, let’s do business again!
