Some employees are nice but most aren’t very friendly. They are fairly quick but seem uninterested.

I went a week ago to for appointment that was very over due. I’m going to get right to the point- the receptionist was very nice- the rest of the staff wasn’t. Could have cared a less if you were there. Maybe a bad working environment?? The “ Dr.” on zoom was pleasant. Never got a call that my glasses were ready- I finally called. The older man that actually hands you your glasses was very nice! I work Every Day with the public- if you are that miserable- get another job!! The glasses are fine! But customer service Still means Something

I do not have insurance if you just need glasses you really can walk in this place and get 2 pairs of glasses for 80 bucks they did not pressure me into getting anything else I have to say not bad I was surprised

The service everytime I walk through the doors is just fantastic, A++ customer service from this mighty fine establishment. McKenzie goes above and beyond with her service selling glasses. David always gets my glasses adjusted just right. Can’t recommend them enough!

I am disappointed with my decision to use Americas Best Eyeglasses for two reasons.1. Customer service: Despite having kind and competent staff their model does not serve their clients! I had a great exam and spoke with a kind and helpful sales lady. I purchase glasses and then was told that they would be ordered from some far away location and would take weeks to arrive.I could have ordered from an online company if I wanted to wait, but my glasses are scratched and my quality of life is impacted. I need them with quickly. Same day glasses are standard and it is tricky to withhold information about delayed delivery.Americas best also did not call when the glasses arrived and they sat in the store front for a week before I called to check in.2. Profit over community model: Americas best does not wish to build or serve local communities. By using robot eye exam machines guided by remote workers and ordering glasses from overseas ‘Americas Best’ strips our town of jobs for skilled workers and makes it harder to receive timely services for new glasses or repairs. I feel sad that I used this business and help to drain economic resources from my town’s workers and accumulate wealth for those sitting atop a remote system.Expect to be provided a host of add-ons and more expensive options if you are responding to their marketing. Their ‘bait’ price of $29. Or $89. Will not be what you pay unless you are good at saying ‘no’.

12/29 445 pm. Spoke to a very incompetent person on the phone that wanted to be very difficult regarding a simple request of a copy of my prescription. I told her an online retailer contacted them and said my prescription was different than what I requested when it's not. She said they can't email it and no one should've told me my prescription over the phone when I didn't say that at all. Sounds like typical East TN customer service person wanting to go home on Friday afternoon instead of proactively listening and helping me with my issue. I understand HIPPA but that's not what the issue was at all.

No real problem but the initial Tech that did my pre-testing does not represent America Best very well. The Dr. was fine and the retail associate out front whose name escapes me was fantastic.
