“One of the best facilities I have ever lived in. The staff has outstanding customer service, maintenance requests are quickly resolved, the amenities are exactly what I need for my family and my dogs. I love the pool and the grilling area, too! It's a quiet complex, great neighbors, and peaceful; yet we are still close to shopping and food! There's plenty of walking paths and open areas to play for the kids. I highly recommend this apartment complex!”

“Just moved in, so far it has been super easy and really quiet. Maintenance was quick to respond the same day to address a simple set of issues and was super polite and friendly. So far everyone seems really nice and I am looking forward to meeting the new neighbors.”

“I have lived at Student Quarters for the past year and I am releasing for this upcoming school year. I cannot say enough incredible things about my expereince at Student Quarters. Student Quarters used to have not the best reputation and some poor reviews in the past, but I believe it currently truly has addressed every single concern that was raised. I originally was terrified to live off-campus, due to some very poor reviews at most apartments nearby. Though, I believe that SQ has made incredible improvements to breakthrough a once poor reputation in the past. I LOVE David McInturff, the Supervisor Maintenance Man, he is SO kind and helpful!! Student Quarters has been an incredible home for me, and presented me no critical issues. I have really enjoyed the Buc Shot, the security, and the ease of living here as a student. My only recommendations is that it's tennants are required to be ETSU students, as to avoid rooming with a grown adult who is not a student. I have loved my experience at SQ!!!”

Maintenance is quick to fix any issues upon request. I would recommend Sterling Hills to anyone looking for a place to live in the Johnson City or Elizabethton area.”
