Our freezer corrected itself after I emptied it in preparation for the service call with AR&S. But communication with dispatch and the service person was excellent.

Ended up fixing myself but they did accommodate my schedule and a Technician called and checked the day of the scheduled repair.

Excellent service, very nice, dependable, reasonable price & cleans his area after the work is done, on time as well. ABSOLUTELY WILL use again and refer him to other's that may need service repair on appliances!
