“Arrived at opening time, our bikes were ready to go. Quick seat adjust and we were onto the trail. The bikes were 7-speed, in excellent shape, and worked great on the trail. Price was very reasonable.”

“My brand new front wheel rim needed to be replaced under warranty. I selected The Bike Shop to do the job because (1) they had good reviews and (2) they are a Marin Bikes authorized dealer. This was not an easy job and required significant skill because the original tire, spokes, and hub needed to be switched over to a new replacement rim. Additionally, this was a tubeless setup. Travis was the mechanic that did the work and he did an excellent job as well as being personable and explaining the process to me. I have my own wheel truing stand and when I checked the completed wheel it was really good. Also, I got to know Travis and the shop through this process, and I was impressed. I will definitely be using them in the future.”

“I’ve gone to several events they have put on and the staff is always super friendly and welcoming even if you’re not on a Trek. I took my Yeti there for a couple maintenance items and due to a dropper post that needed replacing rather than fixing, they did not charge me even though they put time and effort into my bike. Keep up the great work and continue building the MTB community!”
