“Products: Being a comparative shopper, I frequently end up buying at the Trek store. Gloves, shoes, carbon bike, etc. Trek stuff works. Service: I am ALWAYS greeted when entering the store and asked how I can be helped. This is simply great customer service! My time is valuable and Trek folks help me use my time efficiently. The 30 day return policy is a deal inducement and sweetener.”

“We had a blast! This was our first time on bikes in over 30 years, and the first time ever on e-bikes! Michael was amazing and super helpful. Their prices are super affordable, and the shop is right beside the Tweetsie Trail. We'll definitely be back!! Thank you for an amazing experience!”
