Books‑A‑Million in Johnson City, TN, offers an expansive selection of books, magazines, manga, collectibles, and gifts. The store has bestsellers, autographed editions, toys, timeless classics, and unique category shops. Friendly staff and wide selection make it a great place for new book purchases, recommendations, customer service, and coffee. It also offers annotation supplies. Wandering in the stacks finds books at a great price, often on discount. Some items lack bags for carrying, especially when it rains. The checkout sometimes rings up books higher than they're priced, but the outlet delivers knowledge and entertainment. I’ve enjoyed the store and its offerings, staff and layout. They’re consistent with all of these. Reading through customer’s s first world complains about not accepting items for a return, refund or exchange are a bunch whiners. It’s the height of classless greedy consumerism.
