UPDATE: Well I had the samsung now for about a we and i've had issues with it. To get back to rich and all my great CUSTOMER SERVICE just went out the window. He didn't want to help me. Just basically told me dial 611. Of course he was just after to sell the first day. I guess I'm be going back to Straight Talk. Because that tracking/stalking app( Network Companion) is not for me. You have to let them.
Keep the app active for your phone to run If you disabled your phone doesn't work. Not 1 person.Informed me of this before I signed up.
Some of the best service ive had in awhile, rich was able to help nme with my issue and help setup my phone in a timely manner .

I've been a boost Mobile customer for over 10 years and today I went to go get the new coach prime limited edition Razer phone an employee named Allison told me that I can upgrade my phone for $99 also with sent a message from boost Mobile saying that I could upgrade to the coach prime razor for $99 I get to the store and the store manager Richard asked me if he could help and I told him I was quoted for the coach prime razor phone he went to the back brought out a phone immediately took my money then ask me if I if the phone that I wanted was the basic Razer phone and I told him no I told you I was quoted the prime phone then he tells me he can't offer me the deal so I paid him $202 for a phone that I did not receive and then only wanted to credit me back $164 told me I lost my upgrade and to my money will be credited to my account . Then customer service tells me I can take the upgrade from the other phone on my account how lousy is that to have to steal from your other phone on your account over there lies
So I would suggest not doing business with boost Mobile

I just wanted to sit here and say RICCH was probably the best representative I've had in a long time! He was very patient with me and very fast and efficient with issue I had with my device, and I URGENTLY ENCOURAGE EVERYONE go to him on 1331 W Market Street Boost Mobile! Definitely thought he was a manager by the way he was able to multitask with me and another customer.
