“We loved Blue Willow Bridal so much! Sarah was wonderful and made the whole experience so pleasant. She really listened and never made my daughter (the bride) feel judged or rushed or anything. She was kind and funny and we really enjoyed working with her.
We thought we had found the dress, but had an appointment at another area bridal shop right after. She was very understanding and went ahead and measured my daughter and took down all the information so we could call once we made the decision.
We went to the other bridal store and ended up finding the perfect dress there. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the same experience at the other bridal store. The sales people were not exactly rude, but close to it. A bit condescending and snooty. And rushing us in a tactless manner. All four of us in our party felt the difference. It was a shame that we just happened to find the dress of her dreams at the second store. Because we really wanted to buy from Sarah and Blue Willow Bridal. The selection of dresses was amazing, and she explained how the dresses could be changed to suit the bride’s desires (different sleeves, different colors, adding lining, etc.). I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Blue Willow Bridal to any bride.”
