Caliber Collision in Johnson City, Tn was excellent to work with. They did a fantastic job on my vehicle and made repairs to the rear of the vehicle to manufacturers standards. My vehicle looks new again and I’m confident in the repairs they made. They also have excellent customer service and are extremely polite and courteous. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs.

Great service and results at Caliber. Brought my Subaru in with damage to the rear side. Caliber did a terrific job of fixing it so it looks like new.
The entire process was seamless, with a quick estimate, and they kept me up to date daily with the progress on my vehicle.
Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I brought my vehicle here to get my tailgate replaced after an accident, and all around, my experience was great! The front desk was always friendly, and every time I called, the phone was answered promptly. Ethan was who I worked with, and he was awesome! He explained every step of the process and stayed in constant communication! He informed me that my car color was going to have to be mixed by hand, which made me nervous, but the guys in the back knew what they were doing.. The color is spot on, and my tailgate has not had any issue since I received my vehicle back! I highly recommend and trust Caliber Collision.

I took my car in for an insurance repair. The repair returned the car to a like new condition. The customer service was excellent. I was provided regular updates on the progress of the repair. The car was completed within the time frame given. I would return to Caliber for repairs even if I was paying out of pocket.
