Customers find a very nice and helpful staff, a great selection of guitars and sound equipment, and a well stocked music store. The experience is pleasant, friendly and patient, with staff willing to help novice players and professional musicians. The knowledgeable crew give friendly service, fix instruments while customers waited, and give input on picking a new acoustic guitar. It is the best musical instrument store in the Tri‑Cities and East Tennessee, a place to shop for music and accessories.

Campbell's sold me my first guitar in 1999... I've done business with them ever since... They know me by name, they are always helpful and reasonable on pricing... They maintain that small-town feel, and I will go out of my way to buy from them vs online or from a big box competitor.
