“I haven’t been in Zumiez since my kids were in middle and high school, but my kiddo and I stopped in yesterday on our shopping trip at the JC mall and let me tell you about a great sales associate (maybe manager, definitely should be)!! This person had the energy, the spunk, the fun, respectful but real, creativity, forethought, literally everything that this store needs plus some! Just chatting with this person made me want to buy more! I wish I had gotten a name because they definitely deserve to be recognized for being so freaking amazing!!”
“I really enjoyed my time at Buckle. I came in for an accessory that said it was in stock online, couldn’t find it myself, so an associate named Audrey helped me. This girl went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted, and got me checked out right away despite the Black Friday mass. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Staff seemed to be calm despite the crowd, & eager to help in any way they could! The store was well kept, and again just want to brag on the staff especially Audrey! Highly recommend, will be back. All around good experience! If you go, ask for Audrey!!!”
“I was just flipping through the consignment options and looking at the reviews that some of the other consignment stores have gotten...and I had to giggle because I have had exactly the same experience with the other places. I am not gonna mention names, but one place was kinda rude to everyone and didn't really seam to want to buy anything, no matter how nice it was! And the other place was just buying a thing or two, just to say they bought something, but they would keep you waiting an hour for your 5 dollar payment,that you're definitely gonna have to wait in line to get!

“To begin with my friend and I came to Johnson City to try out the mall since its the closes one from Bristol. Pretty nice mall it looked bigger from the outside but its a cute small mall. Not that many stores, but there is a lot of food to choose from on the food court area. Additionally I went to several stores and the customer service was great all around. Also the mall was very clean and neat including the restrooms too. Furthermore if y'all want shop in a hurry and where there isn't too much people I recommend this mall for sure.”

“The most gorgeous shop with the most gorgeous clothes and a gorgeous owner both inside and out. Usually when I shop, I just want to do my thing and get out, but their team actually takes the time to personally work with you instead of just make a sale, and it is SO helpful! They're hype girls if something looks great, and also honest if something may not be the best fit. If it's not the best fit, they'll go find you all the options that will be! Highly recommend stopping in if you're in JC!”
