You will have to fetch your own cart from the parking lot. Management told me they only had 50. I asked if Kroger was too poor to buy more and he relied that they hope to get some in February. Until then, plan to track down a cart yourself

Everyone is always very nice. Theres a Starbucks inside this location. I love that. If u cant find something someone will help u find wat ur looking for or direct u in the right direction.

Extremely rude employees. I was standing waiting at the money center and noticed one very small sign over just one of the registers saying it was closed. Then it said sat-sun with no hours. I was very confused that there weren’t any hours listed and it made me think it was saying they’re only closed sat-sun?? The other register had no sign at all and the register said it was active and ready so I waited in front of that one thinking maybe it was just the other register having issues ??Many employees walked past, making eye contact with me and not saying a word. I waited for probably a good 10min before one lady finally came up and said “We’re closed.” in a very sarcastic tone like I was d*** for not knowing that just from one small, vague sign over one register. I do appreciate that she actually said something to me because that was more than any of the other employees were willing to do but as someone who works in customer service myself I know that is just not how you treat your customers. Clearly Kroger condones this treatment and that’s why their employees are so comfortable with it.

Staff is always so friendly. Beats Walmart customer service every day, all day. The young man at the gas station is very polite and efficient.

Phillip decided to open a lane after we pushed our 2 buggies to the self check out.. 3 min after he sent us over there.. we always have troubles with this location only.. This store needs leadership, a hug or something .. it’s seriously lacking on brainpower

I mostly come here for flowers on the way to the cemetery because it is near there. The selection is usually nice, but make sure you check the dates. Some of the employees could be a little nicer, but overall an okay experience with this store.

It has come to my attention that it is corporate policy for Kroger (St. of Franklin) to have only one check out lane open for customers. Wait times in the last few months have gotten worse and worse. Today I waited for over 20 minutes since I didn’t want to take my full cart into the self check out area. My frozen items thawed by the time I made it home. I called the corporate headquarters to inquire about acceptable wait times and they haven’t gotten back to me. If this isn’t resolved I’ll be changing grocers, 20 years as a weekly shopper.

Was at check out when,one of their employees came over and just reached into our bag without identifying what he was doing,until after the fact. My wife's purse was there and I thought he was trying to grab it. Very snotty saying we can't buy a single beer even though it was in the single rack. When the week before my wife had no problem getting one. I asked for a manager and he said there wasn't one around and to me he was very unprofessional in the way he did it. He almost got decked because,I didn't know if he was reaching for my wife's purse or what. We haven't been back since and never will again. Management and some of the people are lazy!!

Visiting TN. This store was clean. Workers wore masks, thank you. Pretty well stocked considering. Good variety in bakery, deli. Liked their prices. Starting today they don't give back full coin change due. Apparently Covid 19 has effected the Federal Reserve's coins. Go figure.

Mercy has been coloring and styling my hair for 2 years plus. She listens to what I want and delivers. She did my hair for my wedding and I loved it! I was asked by several who did my hair and they went to her. They were thrilled! You could not ask for a better stylist who knows what she's doing. Mercy is professional, friendly, and super nice. I won't go to anyone else.

Yesterday I came in to vet an undercut but with slightly longer sides and back, with reference photos for what I wanted. When I got my haircut the woman cut unevenly in multiple places such as around the ears and front, and did a very short buzz on the sides and back.I came back in today to have it fixed and the same woman did my hair, she almost had it fixed in a way where it would look good, up until I said I wanted a quarter inch off the front and she cut a whole inch more. Now I'm left looking like the human equivalent to a pugs breathing AKA bad.TL;DR She cant cut evenly or measure up properly in the slightest.
