Don't buy Amazon gift cards at the CVS in Boones Creek. My grand daughter lose hers for $100 I had receipt and numbers but didn't have OU and they won't look it up. Amazon said they refuse to look it up. I wonder if they get to keep the funds. I won't do business here again. With service like this I am wondering when this store will close.

Went to fill a prescription and was told by the pharmacist to find another pharmacy due to them not to fill so many controlled substances. Wasn't told this last month but this month it was an issue. I had transferred my scripts to this pharmacy and they want to pick and choose which ones they will fill. If I have to go else where, I will transfer them all out. Bad way to do business. Last month the place was great but yesterday, they were plain ole rude. Too bad they didn't show their true colors last month coz I wouldn't have been back this month. Also, the pharmacist said corporate told them not to fill any more controlled substances.

CVS pharmacy general SUCKS!! I hate that I have to use them to have my meds covered through insurance! They can NEVER just fill one of my prescriptions without an issue! Always having to call because it's put on hold. My DR office never gets their refill requests.

This must be the training center for new recruits. They have way too many trainees coming in here and get things messed up here.

Waited in line for 10 min just to have them shut the window and close as I pulled up. Customer service is not they're strongest area.

Won't answer their phone! Don't be open to the public if you cannot serve the public and more importantly your customers during business hours.

This particular CVS I so enjoyed the staff in the pharmacy department and was very sad to learn they were closing up.

Friendly staff at this CVS and had seats to sit and wait for a prescription. Expecting a $30+ charge I came armed with SingleCare and GoodRx codes to maybe get it $5 off because BSBS Advantage (Medicare) does not cover it. To my astonishment, when checking out, One Dollar as they took the time to check (they do it in their system) GoodRx and if a generic would be good with BSBS .. it was so out the door at only $1 ?

They price gouged on O2 testers during the height of the pandemic, $50 for a $20 item freely available at Amazon. Like pricing water bottles ten bucks each during an emergency situation.
