I love the quietness of this store. It's clean, organized, and low key. Prices are higher than other big chain pharmacy stores but it's great in a pinch. The pharmacy is great.

The CVS closing in piney Flats was the best thing that ever happened. Initially I thought it was going to be a huge inconvenience because I now had to drive across town. Little did I know how incredible the staff are at the West market location. The store at the piney Flats CVS were not only dirty and dusty but the manager was hot tempered with the customers. It's like night and day coming to the West market location. the staff are kind, caring, and welcoming. The guy with the beard ALWAYS has a smile and is incredibly patient. And if you get to interact with the pharmacist with the brownish-red hair... She's so understanding and always has me laughing. They're just a wonderful group of people and I don't mind the drive across town if I keep receiving the same service, as I'm sure I will.

The staff at the pharmacy are great. They make a point to get to know you. Some of the staff even know my name and birthday before I tell them.

Went to pick up a prescription and they forgot all about me. They waited on about 7 people and when no one was left I asked them if I should come back and she said No, it’s ready. No apologies. No nothing. Pharmacy tech looked like he couldn’t be bothered.
No wonder CVS is closing 3000 stores. I’ll not be coming back

Needed a prescription filled 2 days early as I'm a truck driver that stays out 30 days at a time. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and said I filled it early last month, and they can't keep doing that. Ya, I was out for a month and was not going to be back, so I filled it 3 days early the day before I headed out. She said I would just have to fill it in 2 days in whatever city I'm in. HELLO, I can't just bring an 18-wheeler into a CVS drive through, and I tried explaining that. This lady was nasty, rude, and condescending. Great customer service there CVS.

This CVS on the corner of Rowan Street in West market Street in Johnson City is well managed. Seems like all the inventory is back to normal now Most places which makes it for nice shopping. It's busy but not too busy. And it's easy and easy out of the lot.

You better not arrive to pick up a prescription when they are closing for lunch. They don't care how quickly you need it or how inconvenient it is for you to have to return. If they cared, they could stagger lunch breaks and keep someone there to cover while others are on break.
