Employees were very helpful and friendly, store is almost always stocked with items you’re looking for (and some) and the store is always straightened up compared to other stores.

I feel sorry for whoever works with Michael I been in there a few times and always overheard him yelling and using foul language towards workers and customers, he gives judgmental looks to the customers that come in too. I wouldn’t put up the disrespect if I was them.

I use to go to this store all the time till the new manager took over Micheal his very unprofessional with his staff and the customers I have heard him threaten to fire employees in front of customers his very unprofessional in the way he talks to his staff and customers the girls that work there are absolutely amazing I love them but I quit going there because of him he should not be the manager of that store or any other store till he learns how to treat other people

always dirty and bare shelved when i go. I have encountered a few very rude workers. I've chosen to go to a different one instead. best of luck

They systematically stole over $100 from then days later gave $80 of it back saying they watch the video and saw it after the Manger told my daughter and caregiver to punch me in my face......then weeks later double charged my cashapp card ?...poor company business hiring managers to act such ways......I wish it let me put negative stars cause that's all they deserve!

This is the store closest to me. I'm in here with my family several times a week. Prices are higher than anywhere else, but convenience sometimes trumps. My grandson asked for the bathroom key this evening. Was told the bathroom was out of order. I took him home and had to come back to finish my shopping. No sooner did I get back through those doors, an adult woman walked in, asked for the bathroom, same cashier immediately unlocked the bathroom for her. I'm not ending this here. I'm calling corporate. This store is a joke. Nothing is priced. I have to move displays to get down aisles. Things are priced wrong. I was willing to deal with all that. I refuse to be lied to and inconvenienced for that lie.

Most friendliest store that I ever shopped in always leaning to help your hand to the customers always asking if we found everything that we need and always putting their customers first as you once entered the store they greet you with a smile and a hello of all the stores around Johnson City off shopped it many of them but this one is most of all the most friendly store the one on watauga road store managers are excellent that's why I give them a five-star they deserve that and much more
