while visiting a $ tree there was a employee/manager named Stacy idk what her title was. She was dancing and stocking cosmetics to the music.
Anyways..I was talking to my mother in law on the phone trying to find what she needed me to get in a hurry and lost my train of thought, because that woman that worked there had her phone blaring so loud of rock and roll instead of earphones in for privacy to where it wouldn't bother anybody else it was so loudly it was disturbing. Granite I do like rock I do like all genres and music that wasn't the point the point is it was so loud I couldn't concentrate on what I had actually came there for I got off the phone to try to see if that helped out no it seemed that the music from the phone was even louder she was even called to the front to talk with another employee at the register and still had her radio on her phone loud to me that's poor customer service all the way around but what do you expect I guess. I've just never had that experience in one of the Dollar Trees before I've always had good experiences.

This is a nice store. Wonderful employees. However, there is absolutely No air conditioning!!! It was as hot inside as it was outside. Employees definitely should Not have to work under this condition, and shoppers should not have to shop while sweating through the store .

I can understand being understaffed and short handed, but one night cashier in particular is incredibly hard to deal with. She has her face in her phone when she's tending to customer's and stands outside smoking KNOWING she has a line of people waiting to be checked out. She's rude with a nasty attitude too. I get it, maybe you don't like your job and it sucks not having help. But at least pay attention and be professional. Just because it's the dollar store doesn't mean you have to have a dollar attitude. Snarky remarks, smart a** comments, ignoring customers, unnecessary attitude, and just plain disrespectful and unprofessional.

This store is REALLY small and doesn't carry most of the items the larger ones have. I was really disappointed and won't be shopping here again even though it's closer to my house. Sad little store and the only reason it got two star's is because the staff was wonderful!
