removing my 5 star rating as i am very disappointed in this pharmacy. after having multiple prescriptions filled here while having an elizabethton mailing address, i was suddenly called to let me know i can no longer get my medication here because i don't live in washington county. i told them i am homeless at the moment and i work and "live" in washington county, but they said as long as i have that elizabethton address listed i can't go there. how can i have an elizabethton address if im homeless?? i was then told that if i had documentation saying im homeless in washington county i could use that, but because my mailing address on the document is in elizabethton i cannot go there anymore. so charitable of them. i am shocked. at this point, i truly believe i was turned away because im homeless.

After providing mu food stamp acceptance letter I was able to buy 60 dollars worth of medication for just 5 dollars. This pharmacy is fantastic for those in a struggle, and the wait wasn't too terrible either. Just be patient with them, it's obvious their constantly swamped.

Nothing but good things to say about the place. But beware they are closed on Sat and sun despite the hours on google.

The website says they are open Saturday and Sunday. They are closed on the weekend. Otherwise, very nice people and good service.
