Hello, I'm going to tell you something that happened to me with FedEx, my son was leaving. Merry and I gave them the rings that was my wedding gift ? I went to the FedEx office located inside 46301 Potomac Run plaza Sterling VA20164 I arrived with the rings and a man's wallet. There he had put the rings that the person who attended to me had sent. He asked me what I had sent and I answered that some. rings and a wallet and he gave me a bag to do it. He never offered me insurance for the rings and asked me when I wanted it to arrive. I went on a Monday and told him that my son was expecting it on Wednesday and he took the day to I expected it but the surprise was that I paid for them to take it home and they didn't take it, they called him if he wanted to pick up whatever it was, Walgring would pick it up, he arrived and the first thing they put it in. He said about the package and then they gave it to him, he realized that they had cut the bag with a professional knife, they took his wallet and gave him the bag, basically as I had returned it first in an Amazon bag, one of the ones they send with fragile things and the bag looked good until my son realized in his car that he had nothing. I went inside and went to the store to complain and they told me to complain to the person who sent it. In this case, when I made the complaint, they told me to give them a week from then two and that's how they kept me until today, they stole them themselves and blistered them. drivers to steal it and then pay the minimum which is $100 dollars and nothing has happened here they are fine thieves be very careful in this case I am not the only victim there are more people with the same story who steal what is valuable and pay it in $100 dollars, for my part, I will never use this FedEx service again in the future, be very careful who you trust with your things, they showed that if they are thieves, I sent the package on November 20

This review is for the lack of clarification on the listing - not all packages can be left / dropped off.AirBills MUST be taken to the main FED-X site on North Roan (closes at 8pm).The staff at this store was kind about the issue (and it isn't her fault.) However, there needs to be clarification on any restrictions - being disabled, it was really frustrating making the trip to no avail.
