I have been a First Horizon customer since 1988, the bank was First Tennessee Bank until 2020 or so, and then they changed their name to First Horizon Bank but my point is I have been a customer for 35 years.

Both mine & my husband's debit cards got shut down. First horizon failed to contact me or my husband about his card getting hacked. They sent me a text message when mine got hacked. We went into the bank today to get new debit cards I was totally ignored by the woman issuing the debit cards I'm the primary account holder. She focused her attention on my husband & acted like I wasn't even there. I WILL be closing MY account out as soon as I get my other account set up. I was disrespected by the woman who issued our new debit cards I'm done with first horizon

I like this bank decently but on their app they advertise Zelle to send money to others. Kinda like cash app or Venmo. The only difference is that Zelle is not covered under any money laws or whatever so if you send money to someone, there’s nothing protecting you. Why would you advertise something like this on a BANKING APP? My boyfriend and I got scammed out of $800 and we couldn’t get it back. It just literally makes no sense why a bank would advertise an app that doesn’t have any protection.

Y'all really need to tighten up. Here I am on Saturday when your hours say your open, as per usual, no one is here. Very poor account services. The online banking is finicky, there truly isn't very much reason to bank here, they don't do loans. This place sucks. Thanks for nothing.

I am a customer at this Bank unfortunately. I wrote a check to somebody and they charged that individual $8 to cash it. I've been a customer here many years and wrote many checks, this is the first time they charged $8 to cash a check. Also the savings account interest rate is like a slap in the face @ .01% & $500 min. Compared to Eastman credit Union @ .30%. I'm done with these Banks that treat you like a number, especially ones with corporate shareholders. Remember credit union banks are nonprofit and the customers are the shareholders.

While the line/wait here can be pretty bad at times (especially on Fridays) I've always had pretty quick, efficient, and friendly service here whether I've gone in or gone through the line outside.

Being told to put on your mask when you take it off for one second to get a normal breath and it's not even said politely. I get the world is a mess and I get that this mask thing is expected but give people a break. Very disappointed.

They charged me $20 to cash a 2 hundred and something check. I don’t have an account but my check is through that bank. I couldn’t believe it.

My account was charged for overdraft for an unauthorized transaction on my account. Been calling them to complain, no one is picking. Even after I signed an agreement on my account that my account shouldn't for any reason be thrown into negative (i.e. never overdrawn), they don't honor the contract. Been on hold for over an hour.... Terrible customer service. I really wish I can give a negative rating because they don't deserve a rating at all.

Wasted my time. Called before told me I needed no account to switch bills. Which I asked. Then once I got there after waiting in line said otherwise.
