We made an unplanned stop. Multiple salesman ignored us and I really feel like it's because we showed up in jeans and boots. We say over 30 minutes waiting while others walked right in and were taken. While the person that finally did help us was very nice and we are happy with our shoes I am not sure that I'll ever return.

Despite it being fairly busy on a Saturday morning, I was helped quickly and an associate was able to find the perfect shoe for me. As someone with some bone and joint issues and custom orthotics, that isn’t an easy task. I would recommend fleet feet in JC for anyone who needs a new pair of running shoes!

Fleet Feet is my only go to for running shoes. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and variety of brands available. I can explain what is important for me in a running shoe, and suddenly have a several to choose from. The staff is friendly and there is never high pressure sales tactics. Some locations offer running groups. It’s always fun to meet other runners!

Excellent customer service! Adam was very helpful to ensure that I had the correct shoe options for my feet. He took the time to scan & measure my foot & returned with 3 shoe options. He placed each trial pair on my feet, had me walk to check the alignment & ensure a good fit. He took each pair off & returned them to their box. I didn't have to do anything, other than purchase the pair with the best fit. Most stores don't offer this type of service. Thanks again. I love my new Brooks Ghost tennis shoes!

Great experience here. Very knowledgeable, quick and easy. Within 5 minutes I had a well fitted pair of insoles that feel a thousand times better then my old ones. Great shoe selection also. Many brands and models that you will not find in local big box stores.

Would be great if they were ever open. They have great selection of shoes but really open until 1800 on weekdays and until 1400 on Saturday and closed on Sunday. Some people do work.

They advertised Altra trail running shoes, all sizes, and all styles. When we got there, they told us they didn't carry trail running shoes anymore. Took us an hour to get there. Very disappointing.

Not acknowledged at all after being in the store for at least 15 minutes. Has happened on separate occasions as well. Will not spend my money here.
