“Felty Roland has been our family's florist for decades. My most recent floral order was very disappointing.
I won't divulge the details because the florist owner made it right. A beautiful arrangement was remade and delivered to a dear in Elizabethton. The photos are of the first arrangement on the left then the remake on the right.”
