I had an appointment at 30k to do The Works oil change and a transmission service, not flush. 19 Ranger. Priced out trans service. Oil(8@$23.00 each), filter(1@$83.00), labor(2 1/2 hrs@?????), reusing old pan gasket and filter o-ring it was over $700.00. I priced another dealership verbally after saying no thanks and it was $310.00. They say they want a written estimate so they adjust their prices. Not my job. I got the oil and filter from Ford Parts online. 8 oil and 1 filter for $90.00. I'll do it myself.Services: Tire rotations

Had my F250 on an insurance claim so guaranteed money on fixing the whole fuel system. Over 15000.00 dollar job. They kept pulling tech off to fix other vehicles while mine waited. when i finally got my truck there was grease in several different places in the cab. The service adviser even wiped at one on the lower quarter panel of the driver's door. The repair was good but just didn't feel like a valued customer. I also had key lock code looked uo which they charged me 60.00 to do and another repair for leaking hose which in the end I had to pay over 300. not worried about that but would have been nice to have been given a break on the cost.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

There were 2 recalls on my truck. When I called to schedule, I was told parts were available and that both could be taken care of. They did so. Later, it turned out that one of the fixes had gone awry, although apparently from no fault of the service dept , and needed to be checked and maybe redone. The service department was able to resolve the issue with no inconvenience to me. They went above and beyond with their service to resolve the problem, and I highly recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance
