honestly some of the meanest most bitter people i have ever met, everytime i go in there i feel bullied and judged. this girl literally ran into my boyfriend and pushed him and didn’t say anything to get behind the cash register while we were looking at socks. Dressing room employee was standing right in front of me and didn’t even acknowledge me for almost 2 minutes. Cashier huffed and puffed when she couldn’t hear my email. Overall just really horrible employees and it’s been this way for as long as i can remember.

Cashier was inattentive and rude. He did not greet us, tell me the total, or anything. He didn't even respond back when I told him thank you when he handed me the receipt. He was too busy making plans for the weekend with his co-worker.

We really like this store. There are a bunch of trendy clothes, but the really good stuff is in the back. The whole back side of the store is clearance with some really good discounts for the same trendy stuff.

The reason I gave this place a 1 is in hopes it gets the owner who whoever is over it their attention, for an issue that is obviously apparent according to other reviews. Me and my friend are both very easy going people and slow to anger buttttttt today 10/12/2022 at around 6-7 pm we went to this F21 specifically to find me an outfit for a concert, well we pick out like 11 items for me to try on and usually they will have a limit to how much you can take back and open a room for you, so we walked up to the front area of the changing rooms and we stood there trying to figure out what to do and there were two workers there ( one young man and one youngish woman) they both looked at us and didn't say anything so I spoke up nicely and asked if we could just go in back the young man responded nicely to us and smiled but the girl snapped her head around to us looked us up and down and with a sour tone said "yeah but only one person per room" and we were like okay? But whatever. So I start trying on outfit and now I'm about 4 doors down from where they are standing and I try on my first outfit open the door don't see my friend so I text her and she said they were staring at her and giving looks so she felt uncomfortable and went to stand out of the area, so I told her to come back and while I continued to change I could hear so very loudly composing coming from all the workers especially the woman and another different male than before about how annoying it is for customers to try in stuff they aren't gonna buy because of how annoying it is to put it back "literally their job btw" and complains about the job in general which is fine I get it but I don't feel it's appropriate to do so very loudly with customers around. They were talking about how the store has nothing cute and everything is ugly and how people don't have taste in clothes " keep in mind that I'm literally trying on some of the same clothes that were on those return racks...... wild right. So as we literally heard then complain and talk crap about the store and customers we eventually finished and started walking out (keep in mind we heard them tell each other person leaving that they could leave their clothes on the rack) when we walked out there was like two people and no one said anything to us so we decided just to put the stuff up OURSELVES there was even an employee we walked right past and the just looked at us didn't say a word. Idk if it was just a bad day but by other comments it doesn't seem like it was. Whoever the women was and I hope they look at cameras and figure out the right one (green and black hair, black outfit or dress, a bigger (I'm a bigger girl so don't come at me)) and give her a talking too and the whole teams about what's appropriate to do and not. I've never been one to write a bad review but I just couldn't stop thinking about it.

Wont go back. Asked about return policy on 1st visit, was told had 30 days. I bought articles, took back for return, less than 10 days after purchase, complete with tags, receipts.No sale or clearance items. Paid full price. They put part back on my card. Refused to put money for 1 shirt back on, around $20, and gave me a useless gift card as I wont be going back. Asked to speak to store manager, Selena, told me she was store manager and that was how they did business. When I asked for customer service number for corporate, I was made to wait 5 minutes while she hunted, never provided, ? Ridiculous. Good businesses dont have to try to force people to shop with them. Very unprofessional staff.

Honestly, I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. This place is huge! The people are friendly! The clothing selection is is great! This is probably a place for younger people, but, this is definitely the place to go for throwback clothing. I love shopping the clearance racks at this place, but who am I kidding? I shop the clearance racks everywhere!

Hannah the cashier was extremely rude acted as if I shouldn’t shop thereStore was literally a joke they have moved plus size to corner and hide it while claiming to be getting rid of plus size clothes lost my business especially the attitude just awful customer service not one friendly smile or person to offer assistance when you ask about an item the lady said not my problem !

Your employee esther wright makes tiktok video shaming customers and she also encourages customers to steal, claiming since forever 21 is a corporation it doesn’t matter.
