If you have any questions about an order or anything else be prepared to go to the location. They never answer the phone doesn’t matter if you call local number or the 1800 number. If you think you can email n get help that’s not happening either. Some folks can’t make it out to the location to get answer to their questions. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this company again. Best Buy is right down from you and guess what they answer the phone every time.

I needed to handle a return of a defective product. Mark and Sylva were extremely helpful and resolved all of my issues. I would use this store again.

They don't give you much for games or controllers at this place after you bought everything from there they on give you 50 bucks and you pay 199.00 for a PS4 with 1tb on it with two controllers which ain't right period they should pay the right price for the games by the shape it's in and the controllers are in not just straight out 50 bucks cause they make a killing off people that sell there games to them

While the employee told me why he did not take my switch do to a gap on the back but the implementation I took it apart when I can't even hold a screw driver that small do to my hands shaking is insulting

You guys suck for not having normal business hours like every single other gamestop. Waited all day to buy a game tracked it to your store drove all the way there just to be 8 minutes late and have the dude stare at me. Every other store 12 - 8 Every day easy to remember. Yall just have to be special and have different hours for different days

I'm surprised they are even in business with digital downloads. Every GameStop has a long history of unethical business practices to try and sell you as much garbage as possible. I remember trying to buy a game a long time ago and the employee kept asking me about game informer subscription, power up reward card, etc. Just hush and sell me what I want. I haven't shopped in one since around 2009 and I never will again. Corporate entices the employees to tell outright lies to get people to buy horrible games. They keep money from pre orders if you don't get it in a certain time frame. Will be much better for the gaming industry when GameStop is no longer a part of it.

For me it’s not the merchandise more so the customer service and how they don’t like being bother when asked for assistance. Completely toned out the entire store while carrying on a private conversation. All three employees, no greeting or whatsoever.I and my black family were kinda profile, had one of the employees waiting at the door for us as if we’re going to steal something. Only came here since I had a $60 gift card. Other than that I’ll be better of at Walmart or another location
