The Johnson City Location did a incredible job on my Husbands birthday cookie! They took the time to pay attention to the little details I had requested upon my phone order. Cookie was delicious and ready on time. Will definitely be coming back to this location for all our special occasions!

Ordered a birthday cookie and selected asap. Waited an hour and arrived to ask if it was available or how much longer- was told “well, we get the full two hours”- as 4 employees were just standing around chatting and goofing off. Looked and saw they had 6 pre-made and ready to be decorated. This company boasts, “custom cookie cakes in 15 minutes” right on the box. Guess not the case for this location. They were too busy hanging out. Oh well. Got the cake- 2 full hours later and watched them continue to piddle around. Cute decoration- just horrible service.

Always a great cookie!! Always fresh,soft, and chewy! The m&m and oatmeal raisin r both amazing and r 2 of my favs but there r several others that r just as good!!

Was not overly impressed by Great American cookie. It seemed like the cookies were a little undercooked flat and fell apart. For $2 a cookie. I find it a little expensive for what you're getting.

It’s my husband’s birthday tomorrow, so I go by the Johnson City mall to get a chocolate chip cookie cake for him. Sam who decorated the cookie did an awesome job and had me ready to go in 15 minutes. The cookies and cookie cakes are delicious and the cookie icing is absolutely delicious. Thank you Sam!!!
