We have had our refrigerator replaced under warranty by them twice now and looking like a third time. The guys who actually delivered the refrigerators are amazing, they are very nice and crack funny jokes. However this place is doing something wrong. The first fridge we got from them didn’t cool down at all. The second one worked for about a week and then it warmed up which ruined all of our food and milk inside btw, asked them if they would do anything about the food we lost and the lady on the phone rudely said no. So, we got the third fridge now and the freezer is working but the fridge is not cooling down at all. This has been the worst experience I could have had here at this place. Avoid this business if possible. Just buy a new fridge or go somewhere else.

They helped us replace a bad refrigerator for my stepmother. They came today and replaced it for her. Even went through all of the trouble of removing a door to get the fridge in. If we could review 6 stars we would!

I have bought 2 appliances from here and am very satisfied also I was in the store when a customer had a warranty issue and it was handled very well. This customer left a 1 star review which is complete bull crap. Would definitely recommend this store. I also had a small warranty issue which was also handled professionally
