Do not expect them to stand behind what there employees and representitives tell you. Clearly asked before i made a purchase than charged 20 percent restocking fee for a unused item. Even though was told different by the cashier that sold it to me. All they care about is the sales numbers. Customer service is out the window. Go to northern tool they will stand behind what they say.

Had to travel 3 hours to get the product I wanted other stores closer were out of stock had 25% off they sent me on line they had coupon but they would not let me use both even tho I traveled 3 hours to shop there it would have only saved 20 $ more so who cares if you traveled 3 hours and spent 40$ in fuel ⛽️ !!!!

I wanted to return unused item that had been purchased less than a week ago. They wanted to charge me $28 restock fee on $139 item. This is not done by their competitors. Manager on duty thought I was funny when I told her that. Advise do not trust this business
