I just had the best experience at Hot Topic thanks to Lexie! Her knowledge of the products and passion for pop culture really stood out. She was incredibly friendly, offering personalized recommendations that perfectly matched my style. Lexie's enthusiasm made shopping fun and enjoyable, and she went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. It's clear she truly cares about the customers. I haven’t been down there in a few months, but every single time I go in they are extremely amazing. Everyone I’ve talked to seems to have really good customer service skills and the manager has been very helpful and accommodating every single time I’ve been down there.

I've been meaning to leave a review for a minute now, it just keeps slipping my mind! Everytime I visit this store my friends, partner, and I are always greeted and the employees are always incredibly helpful! Bethany, I believe is their name, has gone above and beyond every time to help us find merchandise that we all like and they directed me to the coolest Death Note hoodie I will ever own! My boyfriend and I often get surprise enamel pin boxes when we visit and the employees get excited for us and always ask to see what we got! I wish I could remember the rest of the employees names to give them a proper shout-out but I believe Rhett is one, and then there's an individual with short, green hair, and an individual with long, dark, curly hair. While I'm aware it's part of their job to be friendly and helpful, they really do go above and beyond and make sure that you feel welcome at their store. I always look forward to shopping at this location :))

I took my daughter here for her 13th birthday and let the cashier know. She went above and beyond to make my daughter feel welcomed and to enjoy being around her scene for once! I'll always be grateful to her for making this experience amazing!
