on 01/28/24 the old woman working followed me around the store like i was going to steal. then when i rod her what i was looking for her attitude was extremely condescending when she told me they didn’t have it. this is why i don’t shop at joanns (aside from the fact that the yarn is awful)

I have had a few issues. The first time was two years ago when the cashier was disgusted I was paying with cash and not a card. Even asking in a tone "oh so your paying with cash" with a disgtsed look on her face. I replied "yes, its a form of payment so why wouldn't I?"The second was this week, I ran in real quick after work to grab 3 yards of material. I was offered help by what would later be the cashier which was fine, she was nice about it. She asked if she could help me find something, I replied "you probably don't have it but Thanksgiving material", she said "we sold out of that mid September". I said "I figured but wanted to check". Mind you she was either sttaightening shelves, putting things back. Point is she was touching things. By the way I did find pumpkin material anyways, I get to the counter to have it cut and a girl was standing there behind the counter doing absolutely nothing but looking around. She asked me how much I needed so I told her, she proceeded to begin cutting and said " I'll cut it but the counter closes at 6:45", I looked at my watch it was 6:47 " I said umm, ok good". If the counter had closed 2 minutes prior why was she even be helping me or just standing there behind the counter doing nothing? I get to the cashier who is masked up (her own choice, whatever), she tells me the total. Again, I'm paying with cash, I sat the cash on the counter and said "I believe I have change" so I get the change out of my wallet to hand to her and she asks me to set it on the counter while she pats her hand in the counter. So you can touch the counter and money that I and many others have touched, same with the cash and change that again I and many others have touched but I can't hand it to you? She was also touching things others have touched in the store when I first got there. The entire visit was irritating. If you don't want to "touch or help" don't work with the public. And expect people will pay with cash.

my wife and i went there to pick out some fabric for a small project we had. granted we had several questions, but the girl that thought she was helping us left my wife bothered by the attitude and i did what i could to hold my tongue. i was infuriated by the time we left.

Needed a spool of thread last minute- walked up to the door at 5:55. Locked up. On my way out of the parking lot I called hoping for a customer service # and THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE; I was told to hold and then Melissa picked up and said their clocks said it was 6. My clock went to 6 while taking to her. If it was 6 by their clocks and they were closed why were they still answering the phone?? **Edited to add I left still needing a spool of white thread that I went out and purchased on Monday….AT HOBBY LOBBY…and they had a great sale and I spent $28. So Joann’s poor customer service cost them more than a spool of Thread….I’ll go to Hobby Lobby or a local quilt shop first every time now. Yes their hours are even more limited; but they are honest about them.

The employees are always helpful, friendly, and attentive. The store is small and there is not much selection. Since the store is so small, the scheduled staff seems to be limited as well. I would live to see more variety and product.

Was a quick in and out. Found what I was looking for really easy and was a fair price. Nice store to get your basic crafting supplies

Small store, like most JoAnn’s they are understaffed so staff can not be attentive.

Not much of a selection. Prices online and in-store are WAY different. Even though you pick the items up at the store, they overcharge you for shopping for yourself.

Great place for fabrics, yarn, and some craft supplies! My go-to for yarn!

This store has a good selection of fabric. However, the yarn selection is terrible. Mostly blanket yarn and not much of other types of yarn. Almost none of the JoAnn brand yarns (Big Twist & K&C yarn).
