I've always been a Kohls fan but not today. While shopping I talked to one sales lady who was very rude but I just blew it off. Them at the checkout counter the cashier was pretty terrible as well. She did say "thank you, have a good day" but it's pretty ineffective while looking away and rolling your eyes. Oh well, one day I'll lower my expectations of smiles and good service.

If you ever wondered what a department store looked like when it gave up on itself, just walk through the doors of the Kohl's in Johnson City. I'm old enough to remember walking through Sears, Kmart, and Rich's department stores as they were slowly going out of business. The Kohl's in Johnson City is giving off the same vibes. There are whole sections that are completely empty with no product on the walls and no product on the displays. Kohl's used to be able to market itself as the every person's Nordstrom or the bargain Macy's. The Kohl's in Johnson City is an embarrassment to what Kohl's used to be. There's not even a jewelry case. You can't even buy fine watches or rings or bracelets. The Sephora in the Kohl's doesn't even have its own built-in section. It's just sort of placed there on the floor with a few display stands. Whoever is running this store, whatever manager they have clearly has lost their hope and vision with their store.

I’ve honestly never really had a good experience here except for when I make Amazon returns. I hate writing bad receives but their so called Sephora is a joke. The young lady I’ve seen there a couple times is glued to her phone when she should be greeting and working! Every time I ask if something is in stock it’s an immediate no. I’ve asked when they get their next shipment and the girl said “we don’t have it in stock, we don’t know” How do you not know? Can you find out?!? If nothing is in stock and that’s a distribution problem then that’s not this location’s fault, but the girl offered no form of solution or alternative, she simply doesn’t want to help. It’s sad that one bad egg can ruin the whole batch. I worked at a huge competitor for 4 years and this wouldn’t ever happen there. Please take this as a learning opportunity Kohl’s.

Friendly staff, and store is well kept. They gave me a ticket for $10 Kohl's cash on my way in!

My favorite store to shop at! Can’t believe the great sales they have. Plus always are offering coupons and Kohls cash coupons! You can’t beat the quality of their clothing. The store itself is a pleasure to shop at.

The Sephora inside is useless. You can’t return Sephora items here unless you bought them on Kohls.com or bought them at a Kohl’s location. There is barely a product selection and if you happen to find a product you like, they are probably out of stock of it. Not saying it is the employee’s fault, because they are all super helpful and kind, but this store is a waste of space. I don’t know WHY Sephora agreed to do a partnership with Kohl’s….Save yourself some time & buy online or drive to Knoxville.

Lots of unpriced items which lose sales, however, the place is clean and well organized. Too many items on sale and makes it hard to find the checkout price

Went to Kohl's to shop Sephoria. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Liked the store, and will go back again after the holidays.
