I called at 12:00 to see if Rx (2) were ready they said 20 minutes. At 2:51 with frozen food in my cart I finally get through the long line and they said I had to wait 20 minutes. It took 10 minutes in line to get back to the register. I did not buy the frozen food which had all thawed. I should have left the entire cart of food there.

I moved here recently and thought long and hard about a choice of pharmacy. I had been using my Albertsons grocery pharmacy and decided to try the comparable at Kroger’s. I have not been disappointed. The staff Is very knowledgeable and professional. They do take the time to know their customers and are available for questions. My medication has never been out of stock. They also have an excellent texting and phone refill system.

This pharmacy goes above and beyond I had a prescription that was at Ballard pharmacy and I had a problem with it we were changing insurances. The pharmacist again went above and beyond they called the insurance company and got something in place so we wouldn't have to pay an enormous fee until we got our regular prescription card. Ballard could have cared less.

Seriously frustrated with their stores. They limit cashiers and close so many lanes at the most messed up times. I stopped shopping during the day because of anxiety issues. I go early morning..or at night. Tonight they had 1 cashier open but he was on break. So they forced everyone to do the self serve machines. That I will NOT do!! Cashier manning those machines told me she has to stay here manning the cashier less lanes. I walk out with a full cart of groceries. I had issues with the android app...and the simple truth brands. What is next is I'm done with Kroger if they don't get their act together. Save yourself a headache go somewhere else. I might be soon.

The emplyees and manager were very rude and disrespectful!! We did nothing wrong but walk in get what we needed and delt with rude employees only to get in our car to leave for them to come out and take a pic of our tag and the rude manager had no reason why other than it was their property and could do what they wanted!! They lost our business for good!!!

I’ve always been a Kroger shopper and recently moved to Johnson City. This is the Kroger closest to my house, so I frequent it, but I am NOT going back. No matter what time of day or week that I go, there is consistently SOMETHING I need that is not stocked. The past few times it’s been Kroger-brand baby carrots, Kroger-brand cashew milk, Kroger-brand tofu, and the raw cashews from the dispenser.
