I was hired on through accu force. Was never late and did my job well ( I thought) no one ever said anything to me.. I was pregnant though was not near my due date at all. I go home on a Friday and they called me and tell me my assignment was ended. This obviously made me very upset I started crying and she had no answers as to why. Just that the assignment was ended. accuforce is not fair and neither is labconnect. I really enjoyed and like my work.

After reading the rest of these reviews, its clear now why my experience at LabConnect went the way it did. I was hired on through Accuforce as a picker, and received maybe 1 day of training that was VERY vague. After a month, thanksgiving break arrives, and the Sunday before going back to work on Monday, Accuforce called me and claimed “your assignment at labconnect has ended.” No reasoning given, no warning by management while at work. So, through Accuforce again, I was rehired a week later in the warehouse department. I come back on Monday to get rehired, and received compliments from the same supervisor that fired me!! Three days into working again at this place, Accuforce calls once again stating “LabConnect has ended your assignment.” Again, provided no reasoning nor warning while at work. This company loves claiming that they care about their employees, but obviously that is very false. I would highly recommend to NOT work at this very toxic company. You will receive minimal training and knowledge and be expected to never make a mistake even though they hire a team of people to correct your mistakes. Terrible company with even worse recognition for hard working employees.

Excellent company to work for! Great support from the leadership team, we are constantly trying to improve processes, while there are opportunities for improvement in all aspects, it is the absolute best company to work for! I highly recommend!

This is the worst place I’ve EVER worked. Most people are from staffing agencies and never get hired on full time. The people do NOT want to train you and it shows. They continuously put you down in front of others and disrespect you. Cyndel and Jamie should be fired. They are an embarrassment to Labconnect and the staffing agency they come from. @Labconnect, you have some horrible people working at your company, do better. Seriously.

Great place to work unless you have chronic health issues, even if you provide Drs notes and follow orders from your bosses. Which is crazy considering the work they do. I suppose they expect you to never have any health problems, or expect you to be healthy 24/7 which is ableist and discriminatory towards people with health issues out of their control. They will tell you one thing to your face and another behind your back. And then drop you like a fly. Doesn't matter how much work you do or how much effort. You simply can't trust these people. And that is sad. I've sat with this for a minute. I was beyond proud of this job. But after I was sent home for being exposed to COVID due to "company policy" for testing by a manager, I was promptly let go without so much as a warning. There's wrong and then there is wrong. When you have people who value the job and the time spent and effort spent at said job, you should probably keep. But whatever. Just two faced and sad. Hard work and effort and pride just yanked out from under you without warning. It's just sad business practice and treatment of employees. I hope other people see this before they try to work here. And frankly I hope companies see this. You should know who you are doing business with.

The department I worked in did not care about their employees and my supervisor was constantly annoyed by questions and was not a good leader. They make new people train newer people even if you don’t want to and threaten your job. In the end, I had a supervisor who lied to get me fired. I would not recommend anyone work in the inventory department.
