Purchased a gift card for my dad and step mom. They tried to use it. No good. I called to check the balance. Everything was in working order. My sister purchased a gift card. IN THIS LOCATION. That card doesn't work told my 81 year old step mom to use it at another location. They did end up comping the meal for her so that was nice. Then I took the card to the south roan location and they couldn't take the card. What is the problem?

Great food, very fast service. Place was clean and neat. Very personal and friendly staff. Why do you have 2 sizes of shrimp? I had shrimp and fish basket. It was excellent.Parking: Lots of space

Was not like it used to be closed the morning. Bristol been about 5 years since I've been to a long johns and the food has gone down a little. Still have good fish but the chicken that they used to have is not any worse close to what it

I have been eating Long John Silver’s fish and chicken since I was a kid. They used to have them where I grew up in Florida till they closed down about 20 years ago. When we moved to Johnson City 6 years ago, I was so happy to see there was a Long Johns here!Sorry no pictures because I always forget to take them but we have been to this location many times and every single time the food has been hot, fresh, and delicious!I hope this one never closes because they literally have some of the best fried fish around! I swear they must put crack in their batter lol!

Best food ever wonderful family memories when I was a kid. It's a special place. I know I sound crazy but you can't beat the long John. LolVegetarian options: Rice Fry's huspuppies slaw corn and the crispys but the are batter off the chicken shrimp and the fish so the greese will have the meat flavor to it. But the frys are cooked in there own greeseDietary restrictions: My son's a diabetic and they offer info to help with counting carbs. Wonderful...Parking: A circle around lotKid-friendliness: Of course and you get hats coloring books& crayons also little pirate maps with puzzles. I like them& if you eat inside they let you ring the bell when you leave if the food is good that is and I promise you'll ring it. They offer all the kid seats& high chairs also.Wheelchair accessibility: The Isles are wide enough for wheelchair and so are the rest room& they have handicap parking also

Love there shrimp it's always fresh,and of course the fish and chicken and the hushpuppies it's all good.but it's hard to get fresh shrimp but at LJS it's always good.

The food tasted and looked awful. I am dissatisfied with the price I payed and with this is what I get. Will not return!! this is last time being disappointed in this location. Garbage can clearly is where this is going!!

I was skeptical because of the exterior and parking lot, but these folks get the award for best fast food crew in the industry for their friendly service and excellent food!

On the website says close at 9:00 pm, I just ask them twice and they said they’re close… I guess workers stop working 1 hour ahead.
