I ordered a door from Lowes May, 2022 still waiting for the door April 1, 2023. Ordered a refrigerator was told it was in stock and would be delivered next day. Got an email later that day saying it was not in stock and would be delivered in 3 days. Big disjoint between sales and delivery, three different locations are involved: the store, Lowes corporate installation dept., and the actual installer. All pointing fingers at the other for the problems.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Black Friday shopping is always a trying experience. This store and staff are amazing!! Marcos and Sam helped us with display purchases with the best attitude!! Each and every staff member greeted us politely and made the shopping so enjoyable. Recommend them without hesitation!!
