These guys were great! I had a few questions, and they were quick to provide answers, as well as not trying to upsell or be deceptive in any way. They were super truthful about my options and were never trying to persuade me to do something unnecessary with my tractor. They have definitely earned my business.

I've never experienced a more knowledgeable and qualified sales team in the industry. They're competitive on prices and genuinely take care of their customers. I won't buy from anyone else but Meade going forward.

Stood outside for a while looking at mowers, probably 15 minutes. One of the staff was walking around cussing with another customer. Only associate I saw oitside. When the customer left the associate went in. I walked in for a few minutes and to no surprise no help inside either. A gentleman walked in after I did and he got asked "How are you? Can we help you with anything?"
Guess it made my decision a lot easier. Off to kabota I go. Guess my cash money won't ever be spent at Meade Tractor!
Don't guess a disabled man on a cane gets the attention other people do.

Greeted immediately when we arrived. Staff were knowledgeable, listened, and made sound recommendations for a lawn tractor model that would meet our needs. David patiently answered our questions and gave us advice.
Have been in for help and advice on parts and repairs. Friendly and efficient guys at the parts desk.

Jacob went above and beyond with helping with the purchase of Gator. We received and there was something we didn’t like about it. They took it back and had it back to us in less than 24hrs. We will definitely do business again with them. You don’t find that kind of service anywhere else.

I bought a 595 backhoe attachment that was missing a couple mounts. These guys made it right with a quickness. Mailed my parts and treated me honestly. I don’t always get this treatment with folks anymore. Super refreshing deal. Will continue to buy from these guys as there the best. They also went extra mile at purchase and printed out an installation guide. Made the process easy. Five star
