As we were out Christmas shopping, we walked in to the mall and made a hard right into this store, the lady working was very knowledgeable about the products they offer and led my wife in the right direction immediately. We were in and out in a flash.

Late to the game and out of desperation, I called this location to see if they had a product that was seemingly sold out everywhere else. Nicole is who took my call and she knew exactly what I was looking for and I managed to snag the last one in stock. She was so warm and kind, and even shipped my item from her store to my home in Chattanooga. Thank you so very much

L O V E the Blonde woman that works at this MN! I hate that I didn’t get her name! It’s been a long time since I’ve been in the store. I usually order on line so you can imagine my happiness when I walked in & saw from the floor to ceiling Vera Bradley ???. Merle Norman & Vera Bradley go perfectly together ?! As soon as I walked in the woman was immediately welcoming & helped me with everything. She didn’t even mind that I take pics to send to my daughter who is away at college so she could pick which bags she needed. IT was so nice to see what a great store they have there not mention the warm greeting I got! So helpful!

I haven’t been happy with foundations in a long time but that all changed yesterday. Very friendly & knowledgeable. I’ve never had a successful color match at Sephora it’s always been way to dark or way too light but I was shocked when she matched me correctly the first time. I am in love with my new makeup and will only be wearing Merle Norman cosmetics from now on. Thank you!
