Worst hospital in Anerica. My wait time was 12 hrs. Had a bp of 207/105. But they do not care. They act like robots. We need Ballad gone. We need new healthcare. Ballad is the worst ever. An they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS. ONLY THE MONEY

I had back surgery on 9/12/22 and was discharged on 9/14/22. A staff member asked if I wanted to fill my 2 prescriptions here. I said yes. The bill was $43. My daily medications are free because I'm in the catastrophic coverage phase of my prescription insurance. I asked for the prescriptions to take to my regular pharmacy. The pharmacist refused. Every penny counts when you're disabled and will have a lot of medical bills to pay. I will definitely go over each bill with a fine tooth comb.

We went to the emergency department at 1:30 P M, we are STILL here at 9:45 PM. After all test were run, we have been waiting for over 6 hours to see a doctor and get the IV out of my arm.Unbelievable!! Never again!!

I have been very pleased with my experience at Mountain State. I recently rented a Hospital grade pump and Ashley was a pleasure to work with. They delivered with courtesy and professionalism. A+!!
