Same day printing before 2 like they advertise isn't a policy that this location abides by.
With uncaring attitudes from management, It's definitely time to find a local print shop instead of office depot.

First time there. They had what I was looking for. Plus, office chairs on sale. I was able to get one for $70. Will work great for my crafting room.

Disabled, immunosuppressed and not able to go into the store. I called to discuss needing to find a laptop that was in stock. Tech staff didn't seem to have the time of day for me. OK, I will spend my money elsewhere after buying my last three large purchases from this store. Very disappointed

Slow as hell when it comes to a refund even debit card they take it in one minute and want 5 days to give it back this is a sorry excuse for a business no other business has gave me a problem like this I'm out my product and My money I wouldn't recommend anyone shopping here their crooks

Purchased uni gel impact pen set. White pen did not work. Took it back to get it replaced and they would not exchange. They went thru long process to exchange. Got the new one and it did not work. Will buy on Amazon in the future. Better return policy.
Purchased a printer there and it did not perform very well. They said go to vendor for return??????? Hello amazon, goodbye Office Depot johnson city.

To whom it may concern,
I just tried to submit the survey but it has expired. I want to let you know of my disappointment with my order. The order was for the celebration of my husband's life. The order contained 2 front & back pages of pictures. I looked at the top sheet of both pages before I left the store. They looked very nice. When we took the time to put them together before the celebration, we were very disappointed at what we found. I ordered 50 copies of both pages. Here's what we found: 44 complete sets of both pages, 13 single-sided sheets, 1 blank sheet (blank on both sides), 2 complete back page sheets with no front page sheets to form a set.
I am very disappointed. I worked a long time creating these pages to celebrate his life. I decided to order it through your store instead of somewhere else. I paid a lot of money for them. I don't feel as if I can recommend your printing services to someone else, especially for something as important as this occasion was for me.

I went in for a very simple laminating job and it was done incorrectly. I had 12 red/green double sided strips and was given 4 pages of them individually laminated.
The associate did not ask to clarify by the time I realize that I was already paying. Waste of 12$. I unfortunately clicked on no receipt.

Print department was very helpful and knowledgable. We had a welcome sign for a surprise party printed on foam board. They made sure the image was of good quality before printing. The item was ready for in-store pickup quickly. Will use the store again for printing and in-store pickup.

I have been doing business at this location for years. Now, Terrible experience. Management was very unprofessional. I recommend the Office Depot in Kingsport.

Office Depot has a huge inventory of tech and office supplies and it's the kind of stuff that I use. Shopping is pretty straightforward with a helpful staff. I also like that they are collecting money for a local elementary school.
