I am a frequent shopper at this Old Navy. On a recent visit I was annoyed that the cashier was sending messages on a personal cell phone while they were ringing me up. Rude.

Customer Service is amazing. Clothing, though. Not so much. sizes are not consistent. Medium size fits like large in a color. fits like small in another color. and fits properly in another. seems like the production lines. out of alignment.
